Lemmenjoki 3 day SUP & Packraft Tour

We'll meet at Xwander headquarters, gear up and start our Lemmenjoki tour.

We'll drive to Lemmenjoki and take a boat trip to Kultahamina, an area popular among the first gold diggers in the beginning of the last century. 

After exploring the historic gold prospecting sites, we'll continue along the river and enjoy lunch at a wilderness hut. 

Next we'll hike to Ravadas waterfall. Once we've taken in the unforgettable scenery, we set up camp nearby. There's free time for fishing or relaxing before the open fire dinner.

After enjoying breakfast, we gather our gear and continue from Ravadasköngäs to Joenkielinen by paddling. We'll stop for lunch on the way and there's also opportunities for fishing.

On the third day we hike up to the Joenkielinen mountain. The view of the bare-capped fjells and the Lemmenjoki valley is stunning. 

After breaking for lunch, we'll head to Njurkulahti for the last leg of our paddling tour. We stop at Kaapin Jouni on the way to learn about the famous Sámi family homestead and it's "reindeer lord".

From Njurkulahti we drive back to Xwander Nordic in Ivalo.
